Facial blushing is a physical appearance commonly associated with experiencing strong emotions like embarrassment, anger, excitement, love, lust and so on. However it grows to a problem when it persist in your every-day life. This can eventually create an anticipation anxiety where even the thought of blushing can lead to a redness of the face. Folks who suffer from this problem really want to stop this vicious circle, but they don’t know how.
Most of the time facial blushing is associated with many disorders like social anxiety and shyness. It certainly makes sense, but it is not necessarily true that a person suffering from social phobia and anxiety will definitely have symptoms of blushing or that facial blushing is only a symptom of social anxiety and phobia.
